Ordering the flowers was easy, quick and simple. They delivered the flowers on the scheduled date. Only thing I wish they did was send you a picture of the flower arrangement before it goes out for delivery so you can see what they put together, especially when ordering a custom arrangement and if they have to make substitutions for anything. I never know what the arrangements actually look like so it would be nice to see a picture of the flowers I ordered to send to someone else because the only way I can see them is if the recipient sends me a picture after they received them. Other than that, it was a great experience and would definitely recommend.
